My 2019 Japan travel run will start next week, I feel so excited!

I have chosen Okinawa as my first running station, why?

First of all, it's pretty cold everywhere else in Japan with temperature lower than 10C. Only in Okinawa, with s sub-tropical weather, has a January average temperature of 17C, which is perfect for running.

Secondly, as a beach destination, January is the low travel season for Okinawa. Many 5-stars resorts offer attractive winter stay discount. You can enjoy and relax at an affordable price!

Besides, Okinawa has the earliest sakura blossom in Japan. The Motobu Sakura Festival will be held 19 Jan - 3 Feb, 2019, don't miss the very first chance to see lovely sakura in Japan!

January is also the best season for whale watching in Okinawa. I have not done it before , so it gives me another reason to start my travel run journey from Okinawa next week!
